Bob Dylan Mural in Downtown Minneapolis

Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis on the corner of 5th and Hennepin, this 160-foot wide by 5-story high mural was created by Brazilian street artist Eduardo Kobra and his crew of five assistants over a two-week period that began on August 26, 2015.  Entitled The Times They Are-A-Changin, the eye-catching kaleidoscopic mural was painted on the west facade of The 15 Building, a historic Art Deco office tower built in the 1920s.  The mural features three likenesses of Minnesota native Bob Dylan at different times in his career. The $50,000 mural was commissioned by the building’s owner, Goldman Sachs in conjunction with the Hennepin Theatre Trust.
