How Do I Place An Order?

Once your quote comes in, return to your cart and follow the step by step instructions for checking out. Orders will be filled within 24 hours of confirmation of receipt of funds through Paypal and 24 to 48 hours of confirmation of credit card purchases. If you have any problems ordering online, you can always contact the gallery at (760) 794-8813 to place an order. Be sure to have your item reference number (s) available.
Worldwide shipping is available to customers. Items are shipped via UPS Store -- Cathedral City, CA, Fedex, or Professional
Moving Companies (used particularly for larger and heavier items, or special deliveries).

Coachella Valley area, you can pick up your purchases at 68995 Perez Road, I-4, Cathedral City, CA , 92234. Otherwise, we can deliver items to you, at low rates.
Shipping costs are stated for small to medium-sized item(s). We can obtain a shipping quote for larger and heavier item(s) prior to processing your sale. We will place a brief hold on any item(s) pending confirmation of any shipping charges. All shipping charges will include packing, shipping, and insurance. If the shipping costs are not acceptable to you, you have no further obligation and the item(s) will be placed back into our inventory.

Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final. There are no refunds on completed purchases. If any item(s) are damaged or lost in transit, the insurance you paid for upon accepting the shipping charges, will cover your loss. We can assist you in filing a claim for reimbursement with the shipping carrier. If you do not wish to be reimbursed and would prefer to have an item(s) repaired, please contact the gallery by email at email@example.com. You will be advised whether or not an item(s) you purchased can be considered for repair. If not, your money will be refunded by way of a claim through the shipping carrier. There are no exchanges on lost or damaged item(s).
